Pfc. Ariana Saldana, a unit supply specialist with HHC, 1st Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st ABCT, 1st Infantry Division, attempts to pull a simulated casualty from a mock-up of an M1 tank as Spc. Alexis Gonzalez, a medical laboratory specialist with the U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental, supervises during the Soldier 2020 Physical Demands Study June 23 at Fort Riley, Kan. The simulated casualty could weigh from 50 to 210 pounds and Soldiers were evaluated on their ability to fully evacuate it from the mock-up M1 tank.
