NEWPORT, R.I. (June 22, 2015) Capt. Mark Turner, director, Naval Staff College, gives a presentation to students from Roger's High School (RHS) in Newport, Rhode Island, as part of a newly developed International Studies Program that he helped to develop. The program allows international students from U.S. Naval War College to give presentations to RHS students each week throughout the school year. In recognition of his community service, Turner was awarded the 2015 Noreen Stonor Drexel Friend of Education Award by the Newport Public Education Foundation. (Courtesy photo)
