    Professor J. Scott Harmon, director of the U.S. Naval Academy Museum, Vice Adm. Jeffrey Fowler, superintendent of the Naval Academy, retired Rear Adm. Jay DeLoach, director of Naval Heritage and History Command, and Byron Marchant, president and CEO of the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation, cut a ribbon signifying the grand reopening of the U.S. Naval Academy Museum. The museum was closed for two years while undergoing a complete renovation.
