St. Kitts and Nevis Prime Minister Dr. Timothy Harris (black jacket) speaks with the ground operations role players June 6 at Tradewinds 2015 Phase One. Role players were used during the exercise in scenarios that tested the response of local government and partner nation security forces. Tradewinds 2015 is a joint, combined exercise conducted in conjunction with partner nations to enhance the collective abilities of defense forces and constabularies to counter transnational organized crime and to conduct humanitarian/disaster relief operations.
