The Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore docks the Coast Guard Cutter Morro Bay May 27, 2015, for a Service Life Extension Project. The 34-year-old icebreaker is homeported in Cleveland. The 140-foot tug is the first cutter to enter the Coast Guard's In-Service Vessel Sustainment (ISVS) Program, a 12-month mid-life renovation and system upgrade initiative on select Coast Guard cutters.
