Lt. Cmdr. David Neal, executive officer of the dock landing ship USS Harpers Ferry and Commodore Richard L. Clemmons Jr., commander, Destroyer Squadron 31, explain the operation of Harpers Ferry's well deck to visitors from the Society for the Management of Autism Related issues in Training, Education and Resources. The tour was part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training Brunei 2009, a series of bilateral exercises held annually in Southeast Asia to strengthen relationships and enhance the operational readiness of the participating forces.
