The North Dakota Army National Guard will promote Col. Giselle "Gigi" M. Wilz, of Bismarck, to brigadier general May 20 during a ceremony at the North Dakota Heritage Center Atrium in Bismarck. Maj. Gen. David Sprynczynatyk, North Dakota adjutant general, will preside over the ceremony.
