    Fishpond Restoration Pearl Harbor

150513-N-WC566-082 PEARL HARBOR (May 13, 2015) Henry Chang-Wo, Native Hawaiian cultural practitioner, shares his recollections of the area with representatives from the Navy. Native Hawaiian civic clubs and the Aiea community met with Navy and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam representatives to observe and discuss the progress of the ancient fishpond restoration at McGrew Point Housing pavilion. The fishpond restoration started September 2014 and is an ongoing cultural resources project involving the Navy and the local community.
