Petty Officer 2nd Class Chaung Pha of Sacramento, Calif. observes as Petty Officer 2nd Class Donipaul Briscoe of West Plains, Mo., fires an M-16 rifle from the kneeling position during a small arms shoot aboard guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell. McCampbell is assigned to Destroyer Squadron 15 and is permanently forward-deployed to Yokosuka, Japan.
