Members of Joint Task Force Civil Support discuss exercise scenarios during Exercise Vibrant Response 15 at Camp Atterbury, Ind. May 4, 2015. VR 15 is a command post exercise that tests the capabilities of the federal response to meet the expectations of the nation. JTF-CS anticipates, plans and prepares for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear response operations.
