Seaman Pascal Koffi and Seaman David Westbrook assigned to USS Oak Hill paint the side of the ship a port visit to Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, July 21. Oak Hill is participating in a combined multinational exercise Southern Partnership Station 2009. SPS '09 is a combined naval and amphibious operation with Oak Hill and maritime forces from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru and Uruguay. Oak Hill is also supporting U.S Marine Corps Forces South multinational amphibious exercise Southern Exchange 2009.
