Senior Airman Chris Fugitt, a retired 96th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron Airman, and his wife and caregiver, Megan, stand strong together at the weeklong adaptive sports and rehabilitation camp at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla. Two years after complications from a massive stroke forced Chris to retire from the Air Force, his warrior spirit enabled him to power past a number of debilitating setbacks and attend his first camp. Megan took part in caregiver-specific activities designed to provide therapeutic breaks for those looking after wounded warriors. (U.S. Air Force photo/Samuel King Jr.)
