Warrior Transition Command Command Sgt. Maj. Matthew T. Brady visits with Sgt. Ryan McIntosh at the 2015 Army Trials closing ceremony, Fort Bliss, Texas, April 2. McIntosh, a former competitor and medalist at Warrior Games and Invictus Games, attended the Army Trials this year as a mentor. McIntosh is in the Army World Class Athlete Program, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. About 80 wounded, ill, and injured Soldiers and veterans were at Fort Bliss to train and compete in a series of athletic events including archery, cycling, shooting, sitting volleyball, swimming, track and field and wheelchair basketball. Army Trials, March 29-April 2, are conducted by the Army Warrior Transition Command and hosted by Fort Bliss.
