Petty Officer 2nd Class Scott Webb salutes as the American flag is presented on stage during the Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular at the Charles River Esplanade. The nationally broadcast performance by the famous orchestra was the finale of scheduled events during Boston Harborfest and Boston Navy Week. Navy Weeks are designed to show Americans the investment they have made in their Navy and increase awareness in cities that do not have a significant Navy presence.
