Maj. Gen. Richard L. Stevens, deputy chief of Engineers/deputy commanding general, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers passes the Army Corps flag to Col. William H. Graham who assumed command of the North Atlantic Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers March 26, 2015.
As Division Commander, Graham oversees an annual program of more than $5 billion to plan, design and construct projects to support the military, protect America’s water resources, mitigate risk from disasters, and restore and enhance the environment. Brig. Gen. Kent D. Savre the outgoing commander will become the next commanding general of the U.S. Army Maneuver Support Center of Excellence and Fort Leonard Wood, at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.
