An aerial photograph shows a maritime incident in open water, where a vessel appears to be capsized or severely listing while multiple response boats surround it. Several small orange-and-white Coast Guard or emergency response boats are positioned around the distressed vessel. A large white-and-blue passenger ferry is visible in the upper left, apparently passing by or observing the scene.
