A member of the Army Reserve 371st Chemical Company assists roleplayer Pfc. Hector J. Lopez of the 369th Chemical Company out of El Paso, Texas, to the decontamination tent during a June 16 training drill in Lacrosse, Wis. After participating in the training Lopez said "It makes you see things differently. You really see how fast you have to move people through." Exercise Red Dragon is a two-week operation by Army Reserve units to practice assisting civilian authorities in case of a biological, chemical, radiological or nuclear incident.
