Andrews' participation in the parade was part of a Navy Office of Community Outreach-coordinated executive engagement visit (EEV). EEVs are high-level outreach engagements for senior Navy leaders who visit cities across America to inform, educate and increase understanding of the Navy, its people and its importance to national security and prosperity.
