ATLANTIC OCEAN (Mar. 10, 2015) - Seaman Jordan Hartwick, from Rochester, N.H., and Seaman Evans Appiah, from Ghana, Africa unhook ropes securing the rigid-hull inflatable boat (RHIB) aboard the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60) before being lowered into the water during a Search and Recuse (SAR) exercise.
