Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 offload CONEX boxes from the Liberty Maritime Corp. owned M/V Alliance New York. The equipment is being staged for transport to Camp Mitchell, Spain. NMCB-11 is off-loading the new Table of Allowance for the Naval Construction Force in Rota, Spain. The new equipment will help re-establish Camp Mitchell as a main body site for forward-deployed Seabee units and will better outfit NCF units for deployment.
