Staff Sgt. Charles Hubbard, B Troop, 150th Armored Reconnaissance Squadron, 30th Brigade Combat Team, West Virginia Army National Guard, recently assisted in evacuating five injured Soldiers from a Humvee accident southwest of Baghdad. The Pittsburgh native helped get the Soldiers out of the overturned vehicle, which came to rest in a canal, and called in a medical evacuation helicopter for them. The Soldiers only received light injuries and were returned to duty by the next day.
