Sgts. Christopher Womack, Kendall Joseph and JaLisa Joseph receive recognition for their wins during the Chef of the Quarter competition at Anderson Hall Dining Facility, Feb. 11, 2015. Sgt. JaLisa Joseph was the first place winner. All three took a written test, were evaluated before a board of food service staff noncommissioned officers and prepared a meal that required the following ingredients: poultry, ginger, sour cream, sweet potato and curry. Staff Sgt. Tavis McGregor, Marine enlisted aide at Camp H.M. Smith, Matt Small, a corporate executive chef at Y.
