150212-N-OO032-105 SILVERDALE, Wash (Feb. 12, 2015) - Aviation Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Hong Truong, an Emporia, Kansas native, assigned to Puget Sound Transient Personnel Unit, takes a group photo after participating in Naval Base Kitsap's (NBK) Sweetheart 5K. More than 200 Sailors, Marines, soldiers, Coast Guardsmen, family members, retirees and DoD civilians participated in the 5K; which is one of 7 held throughout the fiscal year creating "Fitness for Life" for the military community at NBK in accordance with the Navy Fitness Program.
