Bob Engstrom, left, presents a flag to Vice Adm. Dirk Debbink, Chief of Navy Reserve, to honor POW/MIAs at the remembrance table ceremony during the Southern Wisconsin AirFest 2009. Engstrom served as a sergeant in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War in 1968. The flag was flown in a Blue Angels F/A-18 Hornet before the presentation. More than 60,000 people attended the two-day event, which included performances by the U.S. Navy Parachute Team, the Leap Frogs, and the Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels. The air show was the cornerstone event of Rock County Navy Week, one of 21 Navy Weeks planned across America in 2009.
