A U.S. Air Force 18th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron technician sticks a needle into the arm vein of another 18th AES member to practice drawing blood during a training flight near Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 23, 2015. The 18th AES maintains a forward presence and supports medical contingencies in the Pacific to include the only neonatal air facility in the region.
