A rocket exits the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HiMARS) belonging to Alpha Battery, 3rd Battalion, 321st Field Artillery Regiment, 18th Field Artillery Brigade, Jan. 14, at All American Drop Zone. Alpha Battery qualified during the live fire exercise as the first fully operational HiMARS unit in 3-321 FAR, which recently transformed from a M777A2 howitzer battalion to the HiMARS weapon system.
