An example of unacceptable disposal of bulk trash. Keep the bin platforms free and clear of any boxes, large items and excess garbage bags. Having items on the platforms prevents the contractor from being able to access the bins to empty them. There are recycling centers located on Ramstein and Vogelweh available to on-base residents when the bins are full.
