Brit, military working dog, alerts handler Staff Sgt. Dawn Krebs, 386th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, that he detected an odor during a simulated vehicle search at an air base in Southwest Asia, May 14. The final passive response to alert the handler that an odor is detected for the MWD is to sit down. Sergeant Krebs is currently deployed from Scott Air Force Base, Ill., and is originally from Bandon, Ore.
