Gabrielle Wike, 386th Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, waits while Jack, military working dog, checks boxes for any explosives, narcotics, and other dangerous substances during a simulated timed warehouse search during National Police Week at an air base in Southwest Asia, May 14. Each dog's handler is responsible for the daily care and grooming of the MWD, as well as their physical training and skills. Sergeant Wike is currently deployed from Hickam Air Force Base, Hawaii, and is originally from Roscommon, Mich.
