The image shows two helmeted personnel in tactical gear aboard a small inflatable vessel approaching a heavily rusted and deteriorated cargo/fishing vessel. The larger vessel, with the partial name 'IS HAK' visible on its hull, shows significant corrosion, multiple fuel drums on deck, and a small white skiff tied alongside. The scene appears to depict a maritime interdiction or boarding operation at sea.
