Maj. Marco D. Serna radios his chain of command in Okinawa, Japan, to inform them of the success of exercise Marine Logistics Group Crisis Action Module rehearsal Guam, or MCR Guam, Dec. 18, near Anderson Air Force Base, Guam. MCR Guam is a scenario-run exercise that utilizes an expeditionary command and control center as well as members of a survey, liaison and reconnaissance party. Serna discussed various aspects of the exercise, including the processes necessary to accomplish various objectives, how the rest of the Marines participating in the exercise were doing, and how he feels some things could be improved or done differently. Serna, from Corpus Christi, Texas, is a plans officer with the 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force, and the officer in charge of the exercise. (U.S Marine Corps photo by Cpl.
