Soldiers of Troop C, 1st Squadron, 158th Cavalry Regiment, Maryland National Guard, stand at ease during a ceremony unifying and repurposing the troop. Soldiers of the unit will now add Long Range Surveillance duties to their reconnaissance specialties, which include combat diving, high-altitude, low-opening parachuting, and Airborne capabilities to support the 58th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade.
