Lt. Earnest Mitchell performs a reenlistment ceremony for Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (launching and recovery equipment) 1st Class Jayson Floresca at the Air Operations Control Tower, Naval Air Station Kingsville. During a reenlistment ceremony, the reenlisting Sailor makes a personal commitment in a public forum to wear the cloth of the nation with honor, courage and commitment. Reenlistment is a significant event in the careers of enlisted members and their families. Naval Air Station Kingsville’s primary mission is to train student Navy and Marine Corps aviators for the fleet and is home to Training Air Wing TWO and various support commands.
