Joseph Mulloy, deputy chief of staff for Plans, Policies and Requirements for commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet, explains the historic significance of the battleship USS Arizona to Pacific Fleet sea and shore Sailor of the Year finalists. Eight Sailor of the Year finalists will experience five days in Hawaii, participating in a variety of personal and professional evaluations as well as leadership, naval heritage and team-building events throughout historic Pearl Harbor.
