Volunteer of the Year, during a ceremony held at Cameron Field, April 14. Nixon, the 4th Inf. Div. Band FRG leader is married to Chief Warrant Officer 5 Robert Nixon, a native of Lebanon, Ohio, bandmaster with the 4th Infantry Division Band.
