Andrew Bates, commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Truxtun (DDG 103), gives a tour of Truxtun to members of the U.S. Navy League during a scheduled port visit to Villefranche, France. Truxtun is deployed as part of the George H.W.
