Royal Marines embark a CH-53 Super Stallion helicopter during a battle readiness drill aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Arlington (LPD 24). Arlington is hosting troops from Canada, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Norway and Spain for exercise Bold Alligator 2014 off of the coast of Virginia. Bold Alligator is intended to improve Navy and Marine Corps amphibious core competencies. Working with coalition, NATO, allied and partner nations is a necessary investment in the current and future readiness of our forces.
