A Rough Terrain Container Handler sits inside of a C-17 Globemaster III before being unloaded by members of the Joint Task Force-Port Opening team during Operation United Assistance here, Oct. 20, 2014. The RTCH is primarily used to move over-sized shipping containers and will assist in storing equipment and supplies in support of the USAID-led international effort to provide effective and efficient delivery of assistance to the government of Liberia to end the Ebola outbreak.
