    115th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment

Tyler Meister and Sgt. 1st Class April Davis, all Soldiers of the 115th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment, all qualified expert with their individual weapon Oct. 18 in Umatilla Army Depot, located in eastern Oregon. Expert rank is obtained by engaging over 36 of 40 targets presented from 50 to 300 meters with live ammunition, utilizing three different firing positions. Over the weekend the 115th MPAD conducted a yearly individual marksmanship qualification with their assigned weapons, one of the many required yearly task for every member of the Oregon Army National Guard.
