Petty Officer 1st Class Robert Mitchell, left, and Petty Officer 1st Class Wesley Johnson, both assigned to the 31st Seabee Readiness Group, take a last look at "Sean Conner-Bee" before the Seabee mascot is shipped to participate in the "Year of the Seabees and Civil Engineer Corps: Can Do" exhibit. The exhibit opens on April 4 at the Naval Heritage Center in Washington, D.C. Mitchell and Johnson volunteered numerous hours to restore and paint the bee. Upon conclusion of the Navy Memorial Seabee exhibit the statue will return to Port Hueneme for display in the new U.S. Navy Seabee Museum scheduled to open in the spring of 2011.
