Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) 30, assigned to Naval Beach Unit (NBU) 7, departs the well deck of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42) during an equipment off-load for Amphibious Landing Exercise (PHIBLEX). PHIBLEX is an annual bilateral training exercise conducted with the armed forces of the Philippines. Germantown is part of the Peleliu Expeditionary Strike Group, commanded by Rear Adm.
