U.S. Navy master-at-arms Petty Officer 2nd Class Kelly Stietzel and her working dog Don standby to be called into action during a mass casualty drill at the U.S. Embassy in Djibouti on March 19. The scenario took about three hours to run through and involved the 9th Provisional Security Force, embassy staff, Djiboutian military service members, police and the Expeditionary Medical Facility on Camp Lemonier.
