U.S. and coalition ships participate in the 10-day multinational naval exercise AMAN '09 in the North Arabian Sea. AMAN '09, which began March 5, is focused on air, surface and maritime security training. The exercise includes representatives from 38 countries as well as ships from 11 nations including the United States, United Kingdom, Pakistan and Australia.
