The Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Jacksonville heads out into the Elizabeth River for her final voyage from Naval Station Norfolk. Jacksonville is changing homeports from Norfolk to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, as part of the 60/40 split of submarine force assets between the Pacific and Atlantic Fleets as designated in the 2006 Quadrennial Defense Review.
