Members of the West Virginia Army National Guard accept the overall winner award of the Army Guard level competition of the 2014 Army Communities of Excellence program during a ceremony Aug. 22, 2014, in Washington, D.C. This is the third overall winner award for the West Virginia Army Guard since 2008.
