A rare look inside the Gen. James H. Doolittle Combined Air and Space Operations Center facility at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz. The facility is currently being using to support the U.S. Southern Command-sponsored PANAMAX 2014 exercise series that focuses on ensuring the defense of the Panama Canal. Forces from 17 nations will take part in simulated training scenarios in the waters around the canal and other locations.
