Led by the South Carolina National Guard's Pre-Mobilization Training and Assistance Element (PTAE), the 218th Brigade Support Battalion of the S.C. National Guard drove their M1114 Humvees up and down slippery obstacles while conducting training at McCrady Training Center Aug. 2, 2014, in an effort to improve performance while driving tactical vehicles off of developed roads. The Soldiers had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by driving through two courses built to test the different techniques taught during the two-day class.
