Army Reserve soldiers from the 847th Human Resources Company 3rd Postal Platoon out of Fort Snelling, Minn. are honored during a Welcome Home Warrior Ceremony on Aug. 1, 2014. Col.(P) David Elwell, 103rd ESC Deputy Commander, presented the returning soldiers with a flag and unit coins for the successful completion of there year long deployment conducting postal operations in eastern Afghanistan.
