    Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate

    Douglas A. Allison, deputy assistant secretary of state for High Threat Programs, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, fires the FN-303 at Range 14C, Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., as Capt Stephenson John provides instruction. The Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate hosted approximately 50 staff members from the U.S. State Department's Bureau of Diplomatic Security on June 18.
