Marines with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 466 and British Royal Air Force Critical Care Air Support Team members secure medical equipment and supplies aboard a CH-53E Super Stallion with HMH-466 for a test flight June 3, 2014. The flight was to assess whether or not the Super Stallions could be used as another asset to transport and treat personnel requiring critical medical care. The CCAST determined they would be able to treat two patients aboard the CH-53E. (U.S. Marine Corps Photo By: Sgt. Frances Johnson)
